As the first rays of sunlight peek through your window, slowly begin stirring, feeling the warmth of a new day enveloping you. Take a few moments for yourself, allowing your thoughts to settle and embracing the present moment. Pay attention to the sensations in your body, the rhythm of your breath, and the anticipation of the day ahead.

 

Before plunging into the hustle and bustle of everyday life, indulge in a mindful morning ritual. Sip on a cup of tea or coffee, relishing its aroma and savouring each sip.
